The ride-sharing giant is migrating more Trip Serving Zone workloads to AWS, reducing latency and energy consumption while scaling efficiently. "Uber operates at a scale where milliseconds matter," said Kamran Zargahi, VP of Engineering. The shift enables faster driver-rider matching and uninterrupted service during demand surges.
